FUNCTIONAL TRAINING
The name says is it all. FUNCTIONAL, meaning exercises that help improve the activities of daily life more easily and without injuries. Involves weight based and body weight activities focused on achieving on overall healthy and fit physique, ranging from Olympic lifts to basic push-ups, everybody can learn and benefit so much from this class.
CROSS/FIGHT
Combining the technique of MMA with the functionality of Cross Fit. Using the boxing and kick boxing aspect to increase fitness and agility whilst incorporating the strength element of weights to achieve and incredible workout.
This is a brand new class and unique only to Level Up.
Fitkids
MMA Fitness
Led by our professional fighter Wagner, the hugely popular classs of MMA is a full-contact combat sport that allows both striking and grappling by standing an/or on the ground. It incorporates all techniques from other combat sports and martial arts. Besides the immediate technical benefits, you can expect a full body blast that aids conditioning, power, mental toughness and fat loss. Be the warrior you want to be.
