Being a personal trainer is more than just a job to me. Being able to educate, motivate and inspire people is the sole reason I pursued a career in fitness. After growing up a competing in a national level of athletics I knew health and fitness was my passion.
As soon as I left school I completed my bachelor of human movement and exercise science and at age 17 became a qualified Personal trainer.
Now wit 10 years experience I can honestly say health and fitness is my life.
I have been fortunate enough to train so many different people from so many different backgrounds and fitness levels throughout my career. From elite athletes to beginners, to mums and bodybuilders.
I invest everything I have into my clients and will do everything I can to help them achieve their goals.
From education on nutrition and mindset, my role doesn’t just stop with their training. It makes me feel like I have the greatest gift in the world to be able to help people really unlock their physical potential and understand the benefits of exercise.
My purpose in life is to make a positive impact on as many lives as I possibly can and to inspire as many people as I can along the way to live a healthier life….
