I DON’T HAVE MUCH EXPERIENCE IN THE GYM AND EXERCISE IN GENERAL? IS LEVEL UP FITNESS FOR ME?

Absolutely! Regardless of your level of experience, all our classes and personal training sessions are designed to assist everyone regardless of your circumstances. We provide individualised assessments, expert coaching and guidance, plus progressions and regressions on all prescribed exercises.​​

HOW CAN I BEST COMMUNICATE WITH YOU?

As mentioned before, we will communicate with you by whatever is the easiest means for you. Skype, what’s app, phone calls, and/or email. Today’s technology has made this process easier than ever, so you need only selected the most convenient method for you.

WILL PERSONAL TRAINING HELP ME?

Yes. People who write and follow their own programmes will benefit more by following those written for them by other experienced personnel. Why? Regular trainers tend to focus on their strengths and not their areas in need of improvement. We will focus on both and help you reach new heights you probably never thought possible.

ARE THE PROGRAMMES FOR MEN AND WOMEN?

Yes. Our programmes are tailored to suit anyone and everyone regardless of sex, age and level of experience.

I HAVE OR HAVE HAD INJURIES, CAN I STILL PARTICIPATE?

If you have had a serious injury in the past, we may require a clearance from your doctor. After this time, we will closely assess you via our health and movement screen (if personal training). This will identify whether you are able to participate in our type of programmes. Please note, we are not a physiotherapy service and don’t treat those at the early and intermediate phase of rehabilitation. If this is you, we can refer you accordingly. We do however treat ‘late-stage’ rehabilitation. If you have minor injuries we can still train you by working around the injury plus where appropriate, apply our late stage rehabilitation methods.

WILL I GET HIGH QUALITY ATTENTION FROM MY TRAINER?

Absolutely! We understand interaction is vital for your success. Whether you participate in a class or do personal training, our trainers are on hand to support you through your goals. This starts via means such as a consultation before implementing all details of your plan. From here, you’ll have priority access to communication tools such as phone, email, skype and what’s app. You’re preferred methods are entirely up to you.

HOW DOES THE PAYMENTS WORK?

You have two choices. You can pay via cash or or card at our reception. You will be issued with a receipt after your purchase. 

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT?

There is no age limit as programmes are adapted to suit matters such as age and level of experience. If however you are under 16, we’ll require consent from your parents/guardians. ​

WHO IS MY TRAINER?

We have a selection of highly qualified and experienced trainers who you can choose from to help coach and work with you towards your goals.
